2027 RETIREE OPEN ENROLLMENT

For Cigna (non-Medicare) and Medicare participants this is a changes only enrollment.

For Flexible Benefits Participants this is a mandatory enrollment.

Open Enrollment: Oct 26th – Nov 13th, 2026

Enrollment Highlights:

• All Cigna healthcare plans (non-Medicare) will continue for the 2027 plan year. There are rate increases on all three healthcare plans. Any plan design changes and premium changes for the 2027 plan year will be applied automatically. If you would like to make changes to your coverage, you will need to enroll.
• All Medicare healthcare plans will continue for the 2027 plan year - unless you are currently enrolled in the Humana Group Medicare Zero Premium plan and reside in a county where the plan will no longer be offered. There are slight rate increases on all Medicare Group Advantage Plans and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP). Any plan design changes and premium changes for the 2027 plan year will be applied automatically. If you would like to make changes to your coverage, you will need to enroll.
• All Flexible Benefits coverages will terminate on December 31, 2026. If you would like Flexible Benefits coverage for the 2027 plan year, you MUST actively enroll during the enrollment period.
• You are being offered a special, one-time opportunity to enroll yourself and your eligible dependents in any of the Flexible Benefits offered for the 2027 plan year.
